Panda sunglasses: Eco friendly and fabulous shades also help people in need

Sometimes it's so hot, the only accessory you can really rock comfortably is a pair of great sunglasses (don't shades always make you feel cooler? Somehow, when my eyes are protected from the sun, it seems less steamy). And a good pair of sunglasses is an investment worth making; the quality of the lens will be higher and protect your eyes (always check to see that UVA and UVB rays are blocked) and they will be less likely to break, crack, or leave you with a pair that's taped across the bridge of the nose because they've snapped in half.
And it's great if along with protecting your eyes and staying in one piece for awhile, if they look cool too. Panda sunglasses covers all these bases, they are made with eco friendly materials (recycled polycarbonate and bamboo) to boot.To top it off, this conscious company gives back. "...with each purchase, Panda provides the gift of vision – a free eye exam and eyewear to a person in need through the Tribal Outreach Medical Assistance Foundation (TOMA).
An area high pressure will keep us dry for one more day, then it's back to afternoon showers for the second half of the week.It is not expected to be a total washout all week long, but a large pool of cool air aloft over the Northeast will keep those pop-up afternoon showers and thunderstorms in the forecast especially Wednesday and Thursday. Some showers and storms may be slow moving and cause some street flooding for some evening commutes. The picnic lunch may be fine, but keep an eye to the sky for the evening bbq plans.By Friday and Saturday, we'll warm to the mid and upper 80s with mainly dry weather and sunshine returning.
Eye spy the same shades on three fashionistas! Miranda Kerr, Dianna Agron and Rihanna all have been spotted out and about working the same pentagonal-shaped "Culte" Miu Miu sunglasses. The Victoria's Secret model first wore the frames with a chic black jumpsuit and red Coach purse earlier this summer. The hot mama must have kept the $390 sunnies in her handbag, because she recently sported them again in N.Y.C.Just two weeks ago, Agron added a retro touch to her white frock, finishing it with the same frames while out in West Hollywood. And last, but certainly not least, Rihanna wore the shades with a MinkPink floral one-piece, body chain and red lip while vacationing in the South of France last week.Is the geometric shape the new cat eye or aviator? That remains to be seen, but one things's for sure: if these three trendsetters are wearing the shades, it's highly likely more ladies will follow suit.
